SQAS

Pharox has created for Cefic the software for SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment System).

SQAS is a system to evaluate the quality, safety, and environmental performance of logistics service providers in a uniform manner by single standardised assessments carried out by independent assessors using a standard questionnaire in several languages.

The system consists of a combination of inspection software, webapplications and database applications.

CDI - Inspection Schemes

Pharox has developed the software for CDI Marine (CDI-M), CDI Terminals (CDI-T) and CDI Marine Packed Cargo (CDI-mpc).

The CDI-M internet database delivers inspection data related to chemicals, gas (and oil)tankers.

The CDI-T internet database provides management and technical inspection reports of tank storage terminals.

The CDI-mpc database provides audit data for each category of logistic service providers involved in the distribution supply chain for packaged chemicals.

BASF vetting portal

For BASF we have realised the Transportation and Distribution Safety (TDS) system, an Internet portal which provides inspection data related to safety, health and environment for both barges and sea going vessels.

The user group is also located in Asia and for this reason the database is available in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai and English.

EBIS

Pharox has developed a web-based database system for the EBIS group. The main aim of EBIS is to exchange objective safety and quality data on tank barges, on which an EBIS Member company may consider the use of the tank barge.

The system consists of a combination of inspection software, webapplications and database applications.

ERICards

Pharox has developed an on-line and off-line database solution for the Cefic ERICards. (ERICards: Emergency Response Intervention Cards).

The database provides guidance on initial actions for fire crews when they first arrive at the scene of a chemical transport accident without having appropriate and reliable product specific emergency information at hand. The database is available in more than 20 languages.

ARES

ARES is a new and comprehensive administration system that has been fully developed by Pharox to support all primary business processes of the SAB. The core of the system consists of a database with ship and customer data. While utilizing the core database, Pharox has developed additional applications that support the various SAB services and business processes.

Hollandia

Pharox manages the full IT infrastructure of Hollandia. This includes all servers (Microsoft as well as Unix), 250 workstations, helpdesk support, internet access and VPN's and the software development and maintenance of the administration and administration databases.

Transperanto

Pharox has developed an interactive dictionary for Transperanto. (The term "Transperanto" is derived from the words transport, transparency and esperanto).

Transperanto is a toolbox for effective communication between truck drivers and the personnel from loading/unloading sites, it contains key safety related words and phrases, translated in 25 European languages

StaalSnijTechniek

Pharox has developed for StaalSnijTechniek the calculation and ordering database software. The application manages cost prices calculation and uses "nesting" data. Nesting is the process that optimizes the layouts and reduced scrap during the steel cutting process.

Pharox also manages the IT infrastructure including all servers (Microsoft as well as Unix), workstations, helpdesk support, internet access and VPN's.

Bus planner

Pharox has developed for Atlas Reizen (Contiki) a bus planner. The application manages the complicated plan process involving destinations, busses, drivers, schedules, driving times etc.

Train planner

Pharox has developed for Prorail a train planner. The application manages the switching proces involving, customers, terminals, schedules, destinations and trains.
